Paamonim serves Israelis of all backgrounds. Its programs consist of:
During the current crisis, Paamonim has been mentoring displaced families, reservists and other war-affected populations, along with providing direct emergency grants to the most financially vulnerable among them. Six thousand reservists are new clients having had to leave behind their work and businesses in order to serve.

- Financial mentorship programs in which 3,000 volunteers throughout the country work with 12,000 families and singles annually
- Building up financial infrastructure in afflicted towns and cities in the North and South
- Special programs for vulnerable populations, such as at-risk youth and survivors of domestic violence.
