What’s the difference between these two buttons?
Both allow you to make tax-deductible donations towards Chevrei Tzedek. Donations via the Yellow donate button are direct donations to Chevrei Tzedek, but PayPal deducts a processing fee (30¢+2.2%). The PayPal Giving Fund button lets you make a donation to Chevrei Tzedek with NO processing fee (hooray!), but you must have a PayPal account in order to donate via the PayPal Giving Fund.
