Ashley Pressman
Ashley Pressman is the Senior Program Director at Pearlstone, the national headquarters of Adamah. In this role, she leads the education, land, and farm teams at the Pearlstone Center in Baltimore as they connect youth and adults to the land and the torah of the earth through camps, immersive retreats, and other innovative programs.
Prior to joining the Adamah team, Ashley led Jewish Volunteer Connection, a program that met vital community needs by engaging volunteers in meaningful service.
Outside of her professional role, Ashley is a member of Beth Am synagogue, where she creates healthy Shabbat lunch meals each week that foster a culture of joyful Shabbat community. Originally from North Carolina, Ashley has a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and master’s degrees from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and Baltimore Hebrew University. Ashley lives in Baltimore, MD with her husband Alan and two sons, Max and Ethan.
